Approach:

  1. Analyze, design, and implement processes, tools and people

  2. Operate your agency for 12 months

    After 12 months, you'll have an optimized setup, and you can decide how you will manage it going forward.

When:

Timeline: Your agency will be up and running two months from the date of the agreement.

How:

  • ZITE will review your in-house setup, assess people's skills and resources, and evaluate vendor setup and expenditures.

  • ZITE will take over responsibilities related to people, processes, tools, and deliverables.

  • The Agency is run by its own Operating Officer

  • Minimum of 7 people on site

  • Minimum of 1 x Production Manager

  • Incl. GOZITE™ – project-, reporting- and proofing-tool

  • The Agency gives you access to ZITE Travel Team services and the opportunity to utilize our off-shore setup.

  • The Agency reports to the head of the in-house agency on your side.

  • The Agency is 100% dedicated to your company.
