Let’s do the
business case.
Define what you need. Understand what you have. Put the numbers behind your next move.
We help you design, assess and improve your in-house marketing setup. From the first questions to a recommendation you can take to the board.
Let’s talk about your setup ↗With something behind it.
Should you
bring it in-house?
Let’s work out what it would actually take.
An agency invoice is only part of the picture. We examine the work, roles, management, technology and transition costs behind each option.
Build a team. Expand the one you have. Combine internal capabilities with external specialists. We help you compare the options on the same basis.
What will it enable you to do?
Before the org chart.
The requirements.
What does your in-house setup need to be good at?
We bring the right stakeholders together to agree what matters most, where the trade-offs sit and how the options should be judged.
The result is a shared brief for your organisation: the capabilities, ways of working and standards the future setup must support.
Good people.
What’s getting
in their way?
We look at how your existing setup works in practice. Where briefs enter. How priorities are set. Who makes decisions. Where work waits or comes back for another round.
Through stakeholder conversations, team workshops and available data, we separate what is working from what needs attention.
A structure built
around the work.
Once the requirements are clear, we help translate them into roles, responsibilities and working relationships.
What belongs in the core team? Where do you need specialist support? How should the team work with the rest of the business and its agency partners?
From requirements
to a decision.
When you need the full picture, we connect the work in a structured workshop programme.
Define.
Agree the ambitions, design criteria and priorities. Identify the questions the assessment needs to answer.
Output: a shared brief and scope.Understand.
Work with the team to map workflows, responsibilities, capabilities and resource use.
Output: a view of the current setup.Decide.
Compare scenarios against the criteria. Build the business case and agree the next steps.
Output: a recommendation and action plan. The scope and workshop format are agreed around your decision. Each consultancy service can also stand alone.
Start with
what you need.
ZITE designs, builds and runs in-house agencies. Our consultancy draws on that day-to-day experience.
You can use us to answer a specific question or help shape the entire operation.
Can we hire you just for the consultancy?
Yes. An assessment, business case or design assignment can stand alone. You can implement the recommendations with your own team and partners, or discuss further support from ZITE.
Will you always recommend more in-house?
No. We examine what belongs close to the business and where external agencies or specialists add value. The recommendation follows your criteria and business case.
What information do you need?
Useful inputs include your team structure, workload, agency spend, internal costs, workflows and reporting. We agree what is needed and make any evidence gaps explicit.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
That depends on the scope and information available. After an initial conversation, we propose deliverables, a timetable and a fee for you to agree before work begins.
Bring the question.
We’ll help build the case.
