Terms and Conditions for Businesses
Collaboration:
To make the process convenient for you, the ONZITE AGENT is employed by ZITE. Therefore, you should direct any ratings or discuss issues with ZITE and not with the ONZITE AGENT. ZITE delivers tailored interim solutions without sacrificing expertise. We provide full management, including sourcing, GDPR compliance, NDAs, and handling of technical logistics, ensuring seamless integration for your projects.
Billing:
When you post a job on ONZITE AGENTS, you can choose to settle payments per hour, month, or at a fixed agreed price. Simply enter your preferred billing method on the platform when making your request or inform us when you call.
Pricing:
When hiring an ONZITE AGENT through ZITE, we will charge you the agreed amount for the ONZITE AGENT's services. You will receive an invoice at the start of the assignment and, for longer projects, at the beginning of each month. We ensure that any outstanding balances are subsequently settled.
Permanent Employment:
If you wish to offer permanent employment to an ONZITE AGENT after the end of their assignment (and up to six months post-assignment), ZITE will charge a fee equivalent to one month's fee for the recruitment.
